Best hotel in Chengdu, the gym, the pool, the sauna as the room and restaurant truly amazing. We had also a visit to the SPA which we did one of our best massage in life. Thanks to all the Ladies & Gentlemen for this amazing experience. Impeccable service at The Ritz.

Our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu was nothing short of outstanding. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our journey through China, this one clearly stood out as the best - offering not just luxury, but a deeply personal and culturally rich experience. From the very first moment to our farewell, the guest service was impeccable. The staff embodies true hospitality, and we especially recommend witnessing the traditional tea show at reception, held daily at 17:00 - it’s a beautiful and memorable experience. Our room was elegant and refined, featuring luxurious touches such as a marble bathroom floor. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our stay - every detail was meticulously taken care of. As club room guests, we made full use of the Club Lounge, which exceeded our expectations. The afternoon food service (starting at 17:00) provided a wonderful opportunity to sample regional specialties and immerse ourselves in local flavors. The evening cocktail hour was equally delightful, featuring a live mixology performance. We’d like to express our heartfelt thanks to our server, Cathy, and the cocktail master for their warm, attentive service. The hotel’s SPA and wellness area were also top-tier. We particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the sauna and jacuzzi, which offered a peaceful escape after long days of exploring the city. This was a flawless stay and a clear highlight of our trip. Our sincere thanks to the entire team at the hotel for creating such a memorable experience.

The experience of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu was so good!! Robert Li at the front desk not only upgraded the room type for us, learned that we were coming to Chengdu for the anniversary, intimately introduced the hotel's flair bar, and reserved a place for us, and was particularly surprised that he also prepared roses for me! Sure enough, it is worthy of an international brand, first-class service!! I will definitely come back to Chengdu if I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu in the future!
