Outstanding service!
The concierge helped with outstanding dinner reservations and arrangements for balloons and cake to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday! Everyone was kind and helpful for the entire weekend! I would recommend to anyone! Very clean!!

Incredible experiences at the Four Seasons Chicago
We have stayed at the Four Seasons Chicago four times in the last year, and have had incredible experiences each time. The quality of the rooms/common areas, the service, the gym, the food, every aspect has been great. The common areas are stunning, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Everything feels new and clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and luxurious. The service at this property really stands out. The professionalism is consistent, the team is efficient and gracious and they just know what to do to make you feel welcome. It starts with the valet as a first impression and continues with the front desk and concierge. The views are stunning, the gym is lovely and the brunch is delicious. We can't wait to visit again this fall!!

Amazing stay at Four Seasons Chicago
This was our first stay at a FS property and we were massively impressed by the staff, the room, cleanliness and the food. Really everything was amazing. They really live up to the ethos of luxury and service as expected for the price point for this type of property.

Everything was excellent during my visit! The food has improved significantly compared to six months ago. They truly listened to my previous feedback, and the overall experience was outstanding. I have not more to say about the food, the room was nice and clean

Beautiful hotel in prime location. What truly makes this place shine is the staff - from start to finish, everyone we encountered was welcoming, professional, and seemed happy to be there. Four Seasons Chicago did not disappoint. We can’t wait to return.
