Great experience
The hotel is great, kids loved the pool, but the best was its people! Staff is amazing, super friendly, great with the kids. Also being the Nobu the food is also great, we went for dinner but also had breakfast everyday. Rooms are great, high ceilings make them feel very spacious. Location is pretty convenient, close to stores and good restaurants, for dessert I recommend Jenni’s ice cream, 2 minutes from the hotel

Excellent Team!!!
The customer service is TOP! Gino our valet treated me like royalty. The front desk team rocked every day. The room was beautiful. USE the TUB!! 😍 The housekeepers are wonderful. Turndown service is worth it! The restaurant was lovely as well.

Great trip
All the staff especially Craig was super helpful and professional. We sat at the counter to eat and the chefs were very attentive and helpful in explaining the dishes. Hotel and the spa was very luxurious. Gave us late check out and kept our bags. We will be back

Five star experience people, services, restaurants, room and facilities.
This is my second time at Nobu Chicago and I am a fan. The quality of services, people and room are conconsistent. Staff is well trained, groomed and thoughtful. We had a good experience with Craig. Love the bed, room amenity, shower, bathtub, air conditioning. We sleep very well. Everything works well. Definitely a 5 stars experience.

The front desk at Nobu Chicago never disappoints - they're always attentive and ready to help with whatever you need. Gino deserves a special mention - he's been wonderful during our frequent stays, somehow anticipating our needs before we even have to ask. I'm always impressed by the thoughtful room amenities. Having the flat iron, Dyson blow dryer, and quality hygiene supplies ready to use makes such a difference when traveling. Housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping everything pristine. Their thoroughness make the rooms feel fresh and perfectly maintained throughout our stays. We've made Nobu Chicago our regular choice when visiting the city because the experience is *consistently excellent. The perfect balance of luxury and comfort keeps us coming back time after time.
