Virgin Hotels Chicago

We stayed at the hotel for a week. It was our first visit to the city, and fortunately, we were lucky enough to choose this hotel. The experience started at check-in with a wonderful, helpful, and kind young man named Jordan, and continued with the rest of the hotel staff, who provide a level of service far beyond the usual hotel standards. This place truly makes you feel at home. Every day at the hotel was a great experience—from the personal attention and service to the restaurant located on-site. Even there, the staff was warm and made us feel like friends. The food at the restaurant (Miss Ricky’s) deserves a special mention—it was amazing! Out of our 6-night stay, we chose to return for dinner there on 3 evenings just to try as many dishes from the menu as we could. During our stay, we also received excellent service from Darrell at the front desk. Once again, we were impressed by the personal attention, care, and the genuine importance placed on the guest. At check-out, we saw both Darrell and Jordan again, which was the perfect ending to an incredible stay. We are truly thankful to the hotel for such a warm welcome in Chicago. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel, and we are excited to explore more hotels from this chain thanks to this amazing experience.

Amazing vibe at the rooftop bar, and very hospitable! Daquaun was great at taking care of us! The drinks were very good, the music was was very lively and we had a great time. The fireplace was a nice touch on a chili mid-April evening. I will be back.

The Ceirse at the Virgin Hotel is the best. The service team rocks. A big shout out to La'Tisa, Jordan, Manny, Tanya. Highly recommend the place. If your going to chicago and want to stay at cool hotel with great rooftop go to The Virgin! Thank you for visit!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights while visiting Chicago. Its convenient placement amidst downtown made our commute very easy. All the major attractions are in a walkable distance from the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly. Also, a lot of food / drink options on premise and around. We also got free upgrade and $100 credit via Amex Platinum. Loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the expansive suite for our Chicago stay! The beds are the best, so comfy! The service was great. The rooms are very clean, there is a lot of room, and have great amenities. We loved the double sink vanity, and having two closets.
