Beautiful hotel in an great location near many attractions in Co. Wicklow. Excellent staff personnel from reception to restaurant to bar to spa. Beautiful room spotless clean top with stunning views of sugarloaf mountains class food from breakfast to dinner menu

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a fairytale like hotel and the Powerscourt Hotel did just that! We described the bed as a cloud and we slept for at least 10 hours each night (I'm not a great sleeper by the way!) The breakfast view was spectacular and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I loved every second of my stay and will certainly be back sooner rather than later.

My husband and I came here in April, a couple of days after getting married. We had the most incredible time. The grounds of the hotel and the estate were so beautiful and we had stunning some walks. The room was beautiful and so clean; so much so we ordered room service on the first night and it was beautiful. We also ate in the Sally Gap bar on the second night and the food was also incredible. The service here was fantastic and we had great craic with the staff. Breakfast was stunning with an incredible array of options. I also availed of a Swedish massage with Christina which was bliss. The pool and spa area were second to none and the fitness suite was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were so professional and nothing was too much trouble. We will most definitely be back and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough!

Staff at this hotel is amazing. Every encounter with all staff was top notch. We arrived in from the US at 5:00 am, exhausted and received the warmest reception for check-in. Both doorman were delightful and helpful our entire stay. Restaurant staff were the best too! Mossy was a stand out that really helped us with recommendations for things to do and went above and beyond. Food was delicious, views were amazing! We didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but the facilities were great. My only criticism (which I did not mention and if I did I am certain the staff would have assisted) was that the mattresses had what almost felt like two support bars (almost like pvc pipe) running vertically on both sides. We managed to find spots without the bars but I think this should be looked into it was pretty uncomfortable. Again, I know management would have certainly helped us had we mentioned it. I am included our room number so staff can look into it if they read this review. (557) We will absolutely return here!

We had a wonderful stay for our Easter break in this amazing hotel. The location alone is the real winner with fantastic grounds and view of the Wicklow Mountains. Also Powerscourt House and Gardens are right next door to the hotel just a short walk where the fabulous gardens have been voted 3rd best in the world!!. Also there is a Golf Course and Whiskey Visitor center on the grounds. We availed of the complementary bicycles and had the most enjoyable cycle down to the private river walk also situated on the grounds at Powerscourt it was one of the highlights for me of our day after we walked those impressive gardens. Back to the hotel i have to mention the food was top class with a super choice of either the main restaurant or the Brassiere and of course the breakfast choice was second to none. I have to mention the pool and the steam room was the best i've ever seen with the circular shape, black tiling, two height steps and the amazing ceiling lights to give the affect of looking into Space!. Yon can really relax here and totally unwind. Lastly i must mention the staff where their attention to detail, friendliness, professionalism and speed of service was all five star, special mention to Elody (sorry if i got spelling wrong) from the breakfast restaurant who looked after us so well and was all over her job and so professional for such a young age. We would highly recommend Powerscourt, you won't be disappointed!!
