From checking in the holiday is outstanding !Cannot fault anything ,the staff go above and beyond !The reception staff, the amazing concierge team ,the restaurant staff ,the beach staff ,the lads who drive the buggies and the housekeeping ladies.This hotel is just beyond anywhere I have ever stayed in.I will be back next year .!!thankyou everyone

Beautiful resort with the most wonderfully accommodating staff. They are friendly and all about excellent service! The rooms are spotless and well appointed l. The restaurants are wonderful. The spa is too notch. THE VIEWS are amazing too!!

My husband and I stayed for three nights at the hotel. We were welcomed like royalty, and all the staff members maintained that level of service throughout our stay. Our room was exceptional, featuring a very nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a well-stocked minibar. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything in the room was automatically controlled for convenience. We also enjoyed a private pool with a lovely terrace offering a stunning sea view. The food at both restaurants was excellent, as was the wine we chose from the extensive wine list. Breakfast was truly extraordinary. The selection was extensive, and all the products were very fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, the weather was poor for three days, but the staff recommended some nice activities for us. On the last day of our stay, the sun finally came out, allowing us to enjoy our private pool and the beach. At the beach, you have plenty of privacy in your own cabana. The only downside was the chilly pools. The pools are not heated, not even the indoor pool, which is a pity when the weather is bad. We loved our stay and will certainly return in the future. The place is beautiful, a masterpiece on its own right, but the people there just make it an amazing experience. Alla would stand out from everyone, because her goal is to provide the personalized experience. But really, every single person at Nana Princess, from the waiting staff at breakfast and the beach, to the drivers taking us around, the spa and the tennis club team at Nana Golden, made the best out of every interaction with us and added for us having such a good time. Miss it already and hope to be back soon!

Our stay at Nana Princess was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest, most professional team we’ve ever encountered. Sophia, the front office manager, and her team were always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Ioana at the guest office was attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail was perfect. Manos from Food & Beverage ensured an exceptional dining experience, and the spa team made our relaxation moments absolutely blissful. Even Manolis, the general manager, personally looked after us and made us feel truly valued. The only thing I regret is that TripAdvisor doesn’t offer a 6-star rating—because they absolutely deserve it!
