Thompson Hotel
Would give 4.5/5 stars if that was an option. Beautiful rooms, pool, and overall aesthetic. Property felt high end and trendy; kind staff. I had a couple very minor issues that didn't ruin my stay by any means, I just felt like should be things that aren't happening at a 5 star hotel. Meaning issues with room service, and communication with hotel staff on check out times. Other than that, enjoyed the space and the stay, and would come back. Bed was super comfy.

An elegant & beautiful Hotel in an unsavory area
The Hotel is extremely nice and the staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel's restaurants had amazing food and drinks. The rooftop pool was nice but a bit small. However, be careful of the surroundings and the unsavory people that are continuously lingering outside the Hotel. Not safe to go for a walk. Beware!

Good stay for a business trip
The location is great, the lobby is stylish, and staff is friendly. Room is very spacious and the shower is great with strong water pressure. However, it does feel like the room is a bit too spacious that the room could use a bit more various decorations. Sound insulation is mediocre as I can clearly hear doors opening and closing from my room.

To cramped to stay
Not one hotel I would stay at again. The room was so small to nove around. The television was on the side of the room,you would get a sore neck just watching . That's if you could see it thru the light fixture that doesn't work. The room has no place to open your luggage and lay out your cloths with a closet where you can't hang a dress because of a cabinet in the closet. The shower has no door as to where water gets all over the bathroom floor and enough towels to shower one a day. The room was so small not even could they fit a chair to sit down or small desk area to do any work. It was so small you would stub your toes walking around the bed to get to the alarm clock. I fell you can do so much better at another location.

Awesome Accommodations!
Beautiful hotel, excellent ambiance, phenomenal service and always amazing food & beverage. Room service was super speedy and served with a smile. Best place to stay when away from home for business. Love to stay here when I visit our corporate office in Dallas.
