Virgin Hotels Dallas

First time at a Virgin Hotel as someone who travels a few times a year and usually for work. After my initial experience with check in, the restaurant and room I feel like I don't want to go back to my tried and true other hotel chains. Check in was quick, informative and convenient. Room and common areas have so many amenities and seemingly bespoke art and elements that I haven’t seen since a long ago stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Waikiki. Maybe it’s the city but the service at the hotel restaurant Commons Club was also really welcoming and inviting. My server Jayden was polite and helpful plus he perfectly timed my dessert. He didn’t check in flying by my table but gave me his full attention each time he stopped by. A few other restaurant employees asked how things were along the way and it made me feel like I was a regular. I really felt the hospitality on this short trip and would recommend it to anyone.

We did enjoy our stay at the Virgin Hotel and appreciated the accommodation for late check out (1pm) and request granted for a high floor (15). The front desk was nice and the valet was really great. This time we used the car service provided a few times and HIGHLY recommend it to visit nearby restaurants, clubs and events. It was nice that the pool was limited to daypass users and hotel guests because it's small, but wish that they would do something with the old club/bar space that used to be such a good time. We stayed here a few times when the hotel first opened and can definitely see the wear and tear on the fabric (stains), some of the smaller things like tile stains and corners of the showers and scratches on the black toilet seats. For the most part everything is still in good order. One last thing is that we forgot to book our Experience reservations for Mother's Day and wish they had held some spots for hotel guests. We ended up going to the Statler for Mother's day brunch, but would have been nice to stay for Brunch there.

Troy at the bar is awesome! Front Desk is so kind…And Monty at the pool was the best :-) I look forward to the next stay!

The art and attention to detail of this place is wild. But more than that it’s clean, and the employees have been extremely kind and helpful. Troy at the bar was a next level bartender and food and drinks were stellar.
