Niyama Private Islands Maldives

From start to finish, our stay at Niyama Private Islands was nothing short of extraordinary. Our beachfront villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. Waking up to the sound of the waves and ending our days with sunsets was pure bliss. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Our dedicated Thakuru, Imthy, was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs. A special mention to the lovely girl at The Deli, whose warm smile and service brightened our afternoons, and the fantastic team at Dune and Epicure restaurants—kudos to the head chef for the outstanding culinary delights we enjoyed daily. Dining at Nest was an unforgettable adventure—both in flavor and atmosphere—and our experience at the underwater restaurant, Subsix, was absolutely magical. The Braai night at Tribal was a unique and memorable evening under the stars. We must also thank Imran, the ever-smiling "coconut guy," who looked after my husband with such genuine care every single day. Families will love the superb kids club, which kept our little one entertained and delighted throughout our stay—it’s truly world-class. For adventure seekers, we highly recommend the 1-hour jet ski experience to the breathtaking Sandbank, and the dolphin cruise, where we were lucky enough to witness these incredible creatures up close. From the flawless service to the unforgettable experiences, Niyama exceeded every expectation. It was, without a doubt, a top-notch luxury escape, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

We as a family of 4 had a fantastic time at Niyama earlier this month. It’s a beautiful part of the world, and the surfing is top notch, as is watching the surfers with a few sundowners at the surf shack. Our experience was made a lot better by the tireless efforts of one of the liaison ladies there, Yuliya Zhukova. She was on call almost 24/7 and made our holiday what it was. The island is quite big compared to most in the Maldives, but her zooming around on the golf buggie made it that much more accessible. Staying at Niyama in the Maldives was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make every moment special. My overwater villa was stunning—modern, spacious, and offered breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and stepping straight into the turquoise lagoon was pure magic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second trip back to Niyama with our whole family. All the services from activities to waitstaff, housekeeping and meals are exceptional. We look forward to coming back again.
