Atlantis, The Palm

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was truly exceptional. From the mesmerizing aquarium and thrilling Aqua venture Waterpark to the delicious breakfasts and exquisite dinners at Michelin-starred restaurants, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall ambiance were outstanding, and the professionalism of the staff – especially the entrance and housekeeping team – greatly enhanced our experience. That said, I would suggest offering special discounts or incentives for returning guests, which would be a thoughtful gesture of appreciation and encourage customer loyalty. Additionally, given the abundance of activities and areas to explore within the resort, I realized after our stay that we missed out on some experiences. To help future guests make the most of their visit, a comprehensive booklet listing all available attractions and activities could be shared upon check-in. Lastly, providing clear information about the shared facilities at Atlantis The Royal would also be highly beneficial for visitors looking to explore both sides of the resort. Overall, an unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

Another amazing stay! We absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are beautifully kept throughout the stay by staff. We are at Kaleidoscope, The Edge and The Shore. All food was delicious and staff went above and beyond to accommodate fussy eaters. Kuang who works in Kaleidoscope was amazing!! Out of the hundreds of people who visited, he was able to remember our coffee order from the second day. When we weren’t in Aquaventure, we spent time in the pool by the west tower. The staff were brilliant here. All of the lifeguards were brilliant - especially with our 7 year old! The Easter activities for the children were brilliant and the characters popping up around the hotel brought so much joy and entertainment! The play areas are fantastic too for the children. The beach areas are beautifully kept too. We didn’t get chance to use the complimentary activities between 9 and 10am but this is a wonderful idea. The whole hotel experience is second to none!! We can’t wait for our next adventure here in the summer!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to, the hotel service is excellent. Thank you so much for making our trip more enjoyable and memorable. I recommend you choose this hotel. I hope one day will come back to this hotel.THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel with my Family. We really enjoyed the restaurants. Also the house keeping kept our room very clean. Shortly everything was Successful. Only the check out waiting Time was too long for me.
