Great place and service. It is a must go. We enjoyed everything so much. Special mention to the Kids club and specially to Lilo and Yang! They were amazing with my kid Daniel and he loved every minute there! Thank you so much! The housekeeping delivers a fantastic service, special mention to Habib for his professionalism, hospitality and service. In short, one of our best experiences, the location is amazing and the hotel is just great. The aquarium is just something that blows your mind. We will come back for sure.

We’ve stayed at Atlantis The Palm many times, and the staff are a big part of what keeps us coming back. A special mention to Don, the Club Lounge Manager – great as always. He recognised us immediately and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. That personal touch is what sets this resort apart. On the beach, Ramzan went above and beyond when he noticed my father-in-law starting to struggle in the heat. He quickly prioritised bringing water, showing a level of attentiveness that’s rare even in top-tier resorts. The Club Lounge, however, has become extremely busy. Unfortunately, this means the standard of personalised service that once made it such a standout experience is starting to slip. That said, Zahid worked incredibly hard under pressure and truly did his best to deliver an exceptional experience, despite the challenging environment. Ali consistently served drinks with a warm smile, and Bhojanna, who looked after our room, was outstanding. I was unwell for a day and when he came to clean, he expressed genuine concern and even offered to arrange medical help. That kind of empathy – from someone who takes pride in their work – really demonstrates the kind of people Atlantis employs. There’s still so much to love here, and the service from individuals like these is what makes this resort feel like a home away from home. With a little attention to the Club Lounge experience, Atlantis could easily remain our go-to year after year.

Amazing experience with amazing team of Atlantis. We enjoyed stay with other other activities conducted by this resort. Aqua-venture and Lost chamber are the beat part of this stay. White beach and amazing restaurants put the cherry on the cake.

We’ve had an amazing time, hotel was spotless, service was excellent but the kids club was excellent, Tabi in particular really made our daughter feel special, they had so much fun together. Waterpark is excellent as well as the aquarium. We stayed in a club level room so happy hour on the beach was lovely as the sun sets. Will definitely be back
