Heavenly!
Beautiful hotel and facilities, spa is exceptional. Food was excellent in Gastronomy and the Club Lounge. Great customer service. Rooms were spacious and opulent. Wish adults only pool was larger. Highly recommend.

Arriving in Dubai
We have just arrived and have been met by the most friendly and helpful people! Can’t wait to get to the hotel! Best experience in an airport ever. Beautiful country, beautiful people. We were met at the plane and taken right through to our car for the hotel

Stay away! Half board SCAM and terrible service.
The most terrible service! Half board is a SCAM!! You get an allowance per person that does not even cover a basic main course at most of its restaurants. No where on our booking did it mention this! Room was 1 hour late for our checkin. The maintenance had to fix something after we were in the room. No room cleaning on one of our days. Reason given was they had too many check out to cope with. Waited more than 40 mins on 3 occasions for a drink at the Terrance bar. Could not even pour a beer properly , with foam overflowing from the glass. The concierge was unable to help with a dinner booking for 2 children in our group, but the night before we had dinner at the same restaurant where children were allowed?? Staff are generally unfriendly and make you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. EVEYTHING is completely overpriced and extortionate. Stay away from Dinner by Heston, terrible service with cold food and sides delivered after the mains were eaten. Stay away from Nobu, waited 30 mins for them to bring us drinks and menus. Worst of all, the duty managers never cared to follow up on any of our complaints. The only thing going for this hotel is it has amazing decor..... but that's where it ends. There are some many amazing 5 star hotels in Dubai for half the price and ten times the service. Stay away from here unless you feel like being ripped off.

not perfect because i must to pay at restaurant and y’m not meet. i want to see my signature and don’t show me. why ? if i ‘m meet to restaurant i must have my signature. but i don’t eat and not signature. it’s not correct. for this i ,m dont comming again in Atlantis Royal Hotel and no recomand for another people your hotel.
