Amazing
Excellent service, specially from the staff Sagrusni, he was very attentive and professional. He gave us so many good recommendations and explained the menu in a perfect way. We had an amazing experience and delicious food. There was a huge selection of drinks and desserts.

Customer Service is on another level. Great time. Enjoyed our time at the club lounge esp when Ahmed attended to us. Fast and efficient. The housekeeping team is always happy to assist us. The guest services team is very helpful anytime of the day or night

It just gets bigger and better
After watching the completion of the Atlantis Royal on a previous visit to Dubai we just had to test it out on this flying visit and we were not disappointed. Everything about this hotel is luxurious from its water features, huge fish tank and flaming water wall to its restaurants and bedrooms …. And that’s before you visit Cloud 22! an absolutely amazing pool and bar area which is not to be missed We would highly recommend the Royal club lounge where Ahmed was extremely helpful and informative along with the Malibu American themed restaurant especially if you are as interested in sport as you are good food We will be back

Not the experience expected and marketed..!
Overall it is OK.. overpriced and overpraised. Breakfast in the morning, total nightmare.. you need to wait to find a table.. they are smelly and dirty.. a lot of crowd.. not for this property! The F&B definitely needs to do something regarding breakfast. Other areas and restaurants are worth it..

Great experience at Gastronomy restaurant. Thanks to our waiter, Ahmed Sezer for looking after us during family dinner. Excellent food and variety was above and beyond. Sushi, lobsters, oven baked pizza, Asian, Indian, you name it.....
