Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

My wife and I just returned from an 8-day stay at the Burj Al Arab, and I can honestly say that the highlight of our trip—day after day—was the time we spent at SAL Beach Club. Every moment by the pool felt like a scene from a dream: the panoramic ocean views, vibrant music, delicious food and cocktails, and the kind of service that sets a new standard for hospitality. We were lucky enough to experience the beautiful cabanas, including the Royal Cabana, which is in a league of its own. From the plush lounging areas, personalized service, and those jaw-dropping, uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf—this cabana redefines luxury. It's a little slice of paradise carved into the side of architectural perfection. But what made this experience truly unforgettable was the exceptional service from the SAL team. A huge thank you to Nitesh, Mukesh, Sumon, Shakill, and Morjit—each of you made us feel more like cherished guests than customers. You anticipated every need before we even voiced it, remembered our preferences, and made every interaction feel warm and personal. Each day managed to outdo the last. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, it did. To the team at SAL: thank you for turning our pool days into something extraordinary. We’ll be talking about this experience for years to come—and we’ll definitely be back.

bad customer service. the staff did not allow me and my friends to check in. i think some personal reasons. but not sure why they refused the stay. I had great expectations about hotel from the pictures in internet. pricing of rooms was excellent. ultra luxury experience was what i was looking for. unfortunately I could not enter the hotel rooms or restaurants.

Is this the best hotel in the would,well since its opening in 1999 the fabric off the building has stood the test off time they must spend so much time on maintance you still get that wow when you enter. What really makes this hotel standout are the staff,yes the suites are way above most but its how you get looked after,food is first class facilites and transport fantastic,but let me say this in a hotel of this calibre if you order a mint or ginger tea you would expect it to be made with fresh ingredients not a flavoured tea bag,especially in this part off the world ?

We had an unforgettable family visit to the Burj Al Arab in February. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The architecture is breathtaking, and the interiors are pure luxury. Our kids loved the experience as much as we did—especially the personalized touches. If you want to feel special then afternoon tea he is for you, stunning views along the coast and city in the distance, the staff make you feel like royalty, nothing is to much trouble, take your time, relax and enjoy, overindulge yourself for an afternoon 😊
