Again - amazing service, stay, overall vacation at Jumeirah Al Naseem!
Amazing stay in the Jumeirah Al Naseem again. Everything is exceptional there and the location, quality, resort, etc. meet the highest standards. It's the place we will return to when we will be back in Dubai hopefully soon again. Location - Close to downtown Dubai, beaches, the whole eco system of Jumeirah Hotels makes it a breeze. Quality - Everything is high standard. Although the hotel is not new anymore, it still sets very high standards both for the facility and staff.

WOW what an amazing trip!! Firstly, I must apologies for taking so long to right this review but I would like to thank all of the staff at the hotel who made our stay truly unforgettable!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the level of service shown was nothing short of first class!! I would like to also highlight how well we were looked after by Binod and his team, special shoutout to Mohammed, Attia & Mamun they looked after my family so well for the duration of the trip and were always there before you knew you even needed something 20/10 - from the small gifts for my son to the time and effort put into decorating our beds on the last day was fantastic and we all absolutely loved it! I hope you all have a great summer and we look forward to seeing you all again real soon. All the best, Callum

The best hotel in Dubai by far, i could write pages about how great the whole Jumeirah group is managed, it starts at the door, reception, room, facilities, dining….at Al Naseem everything is perfect and our family loves the place, thank you very much for another great stay

Everything about the hotel was 1st class, the staff were insane as I knew they would be and nothing is too much. Rooms were great, definitely going back every year. Was such a pleasure and such an easy stay knowing that everything was on point. Well done team
