A great place for families, couples and singles in an outstanding location. Accommodation and outdoor facilities left no wishes open. Every single staff member gave more than 100% to treat us like their own family. The rooms are even better than the website shows. Comfort everywhere. Thank you.

Our first time at Al naseem and it definitely will not be our last :) everything about this hotel is first class and pure luxury. Special mention to Ismail at the adult only pool who was nothing but a complete and utter delight! So attentive and thoughtful. Thank you!!!!

I’ve returned to Jumeirah Al Naseem every year for the past five, but this will be my last. What was once a relaxing, well-run resort now feels disorganised and indifferent to loyal guests – and, crucially, it now costs more than neighbouring Al Qasr while offering noticeably less. - Adults-only beach abruptly restricted – The sole child-free stretch of sand has always been a highlight, yet this year we were told it’s now reserved exclusively for Al Qasr residents. Al Naseem guests pay a higher nightly rate, yet lose a core facility with no prior notice, signage or apology. Being turned away after five years of hassle-free access felt like a slap in the face. - Chaotic arrival – At check-in we weren’t given the access slip required for the resort’s checkpoints. The security guard refused entry and, with no phone to call reception, sent me sprinting back through 40 °C heat to collect it myself. A five-star property should never leave guests running errands in sauna-like temperatures. - Delayed luggage delivery – Our suitcases didn’t appear until 4:30 pm, long after we’d settled in, so we spent most of the afternoon unable to change or freshen up. - Inconsistent beach service and shifting cabana rules – Staff make a song and dance about the “official” time they start serving drinks, yet enforcement changes by the day. I’ve seen guests enjoying cocktails at 10:45 one morning, only to be told on another that service won’t begin until noon. Cabanas are no better: each attendant seems to invent a new set of rules, creating confusion and irritation. Individually these issues might be forgivable, but together they reveal a worrying decline in service, communication and value for money. When a supposedly premium hotel offers fewer privileges than its (cheaper) sister property, there’s little incentive to book it. Until Jumeirah Al Naseem rediscovers the attentive, guest-centred ethos it once had – and realigns its pricing with reality – I’ll be taking my holidays elsewhere and advising friends to do the same.

Amazing stay in the Jumeirah Al Naseem again. Everything is exceptional there and the location, quality, resort, etc. meet the highest standards. It's the place we will return to when we will be back in Dubai hopefully soon again. Location - Close to downtown Dubai, beaches, the whole eco system of Jumeirah Hotels makes it a breeze. Quality - Everything is high standard. Although the hotel is not new anymore, it still sets very high standards both for the facility and staff.

WOW what an amazing trip!! Firstly, I must apologies for taking so long to right this review but I would like to thank all of the staff at the hotel who made our stay truly unforgettable!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the level of service shown was nothing short of first class!! I would like to also highlight how well we were looked after by Binod and his team, special shoutout to Mohammed, Attia & Mamun they looked after my family so well for the duration of the trip and were always there before you knew you even needed something 20/10 - from the small gifts for my son to the time and effort put into decorating our beds on the last day was fantastic and we all absolutely loved it!
