One&Only Royal Mirage

I would have given this Hotel a five but for two things that irked me. On the beach. Every day the beach boys brought water in a container with no ice. So I always asked for a bucket of ice as it’s so hot here. Every day I had to ask at Least three times for this ice. The buzzers to call them never worked and also when they did work we were forgotten as we were not paying for anything. The ice was free. It’s very annoying. The other which is probably a bit out of their control. Our room was next to the noisiest family in the world. Early am they let their kid scream right outside our door. Every day they woke us up. We had no holiday lie ins at all because of this child. On booking I specifically asked for a quiet room they placed us at end of corridor at the exit for the breakfast room!’ The Hotel is big and beautifully kept. The gardens are immaculate. Restaurants not bad. We are out mostly. No decaf tea in breakfast area. No decaf coffee in sports bar area. Not good for a large five star hotel. Staff were all lovely. All in all it’s a lovely Hotel. But the beach staff need more training. Or actually need more servers on the beach. They seem to concentrate more on the pool area and forget the people on the beach. I would come back. But reservations need to listen to visitors requests more thoroughly. We didn’t get a room we requested at all.

Abbiamo vissuto un soggiorno superlativo sotto ogni aspetto! La cucina è autenticamente italiana — e lo diciamo da italiani — con sapori genuini e piatti preparati con grande cura. La spiaggia di fronte all’hotel è un vero paradiso: sabbia bianca finissima che ci ha ricordato le Maldive. Lettini sempre disponibili, pulitissimi e comodi, acqua fresca sempre a disposizione sotto l’ombrellone e asciugamani forniti sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Aaraceli, di una gentilezza disarmante: sempre sorridente, attenta e pronta ad aiutare in qualsiasi occasione, anche oltre le sue mansioni. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto vivere una splendida seconda luna di miele

Das Hotel One in Only Royal Mirage in Dubai lässt keinen einzigen Wunsch offen denn alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend und auch die gesamte Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und neuwertig mit einer sehr schönen Poolanlage! Darüber hinaus sind alle Restaurants Tagine The Beach La Olive Eauzone von höchster Qualität und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet! Auch die Qualität der Zimmer ist einwandfrei und sehr großzügig gestaltet! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!

Overall great service and accomodation. Hotel is enormous with good pool, beach, restaurants and breakfast. Still, for 1k a night stay, some services didn't properly worked out. i asked for an hairdryer base 10€ accessory (curly hair diffuser), hotel didn't have (clear gap) and told me to go out and buy it myself (making it even worse). Also one lift had terrain and some gardening residues on the floor, not cleaned for couple of days

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The hotel has a large beach, as well as a spacious, landscaped, and well-maintained hotel area. Excellent service and food.
