Pool and beach
We had an amazing splendid day at the grand Palm pool, Kavindu was the best! He was always there to help and assist us, the food at 101 restaurant was amazing. Staff are very nice and there to help. I totally recommend this Hotel. Kavindu was amazing.

About The Pool & Beach Experience
I went for the pool & beach for the one and only palm with my family for two days and we had amazing day over there in pool. The service was incredible and need to highlight Kavindu ( Bartender ) he made our day amazed. Hope to visit soon. The best pool in the Palm Island

A truly joyful experience
We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel room, the pool area and the entire location were beautiful, clean and spacious. It never felt crowded. Above all, we enjoyed the friendliness of all staff at the hotel who made big efforts to.make us feel at home.

The service I was offered by the team in One&Only the Palm was top notch, from the valet who offered to park my car, from the front desk offering me a tour to see the hotel as that was my main purpose of visiting, thanks to Forever for sacrificing her time to take me out on the scorching heat and showing me around yet remaining professional, Spa was absolutely stunning, thanks to the team there , thanks to Faye who served me at Lounge. This is a very beautiful hotel and I would be back soon.
