Palazzo Versace Dubai

Staying at Palazzo Versace Dubai was a truly magical experience. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by elegance, luxury, and top-notch service. The rooms were beautifully designed, the food was exquisite, and every corner of the hotel reflected class and comfort. It felt like a dream, and I would definitely love to come back again for another unforgettable escape.

Excellent customer care: efficiency blended with genuine care. I have been visiting Palazzo Versace’s pool “La Piscina” for several years and I can clearly say that the staff there is amazing in particular Mo Salah and Mostafa. Both of them show genuine care for their customers and excellent customer service. They recognised us when we arrived and made us feel welcomed. Mo Salah took care of us throughout the day and his genuine care, speed of service and attention to customers’ needs is just exceptional. He was constantly and consistently attentive to us and all the customers around us ensuring food was delivered on time and drinks were replenished. A big thank you to both of them!

What a place! Such a vibe The atmosphere is great and they have pink flamingos to sit and chill with your drinks on A swim up bar The service was great and the food was unbelievable Fully recommend I will definitely come back The pool is a great size too

We stayed here 2 nights in Dubai after staying in Abu Dhabi prior to return home. On arrival our reservation could not be found after booking over 12 months ago. Eventually it was found due to the upset are room was upgraded to a suite as a gesture. The lobby is beautiful. The room was stunning. Breakfast was good in a temporary restaurant as they were doing work on the original restaurant. One night on return to our room we found dry cleaning from another room. It took a while to get the dry cleaning back to the original owners! There is a pool with do looked good vine. We opted for family pool which had calmer vibe. Pool is lovely service for water etc is poor. Nice hotel . We visited Q lounge this is exceptional great vibe great food great service This was part of the best part of the visit.
