Wonderful stay
I am simply speechless after my stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and above all, extremely helpful. Excellent service—at the main entrance you are warmly welcomed by Harpal, Sharad, Gurwinder, and Gul. As soon as they see you approaching, a smile appears on their faces :) Always up for a friendly chat and so helpful with everything. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you all for the amazing stay! My thanks also go to the staff who take care of breakfast. I didn’t remember your names, but thank you all very much as well.

The 5 star experience in Dubai
Excellent breakfast, outstanding service, good location, very clean. Nothing to fault. If I could suggest something, it would be to have the pool a bit larger and deeper as it is too shallow. However, this didn't really matter and didn't affect our amazing experience at all

Upgrade on arrival. Centrally located property, excellent customer service and great breakfast. The property is centrally located and walking distance from Burj Khalifa. Breakfast spread is quite generous and the customer service was warm and genuine

Great Hotel
Wonderful stay, great facilities....20-25 minute walk to the Dubai Mall if you want to try it.....great bus service if not. Pleasant staff always cheerful, can't fault. Great position for all activities, very accommodating staff.....
