Taj Dubai

The Taj in Dubai is an excellent hotel. The staff (everyone from the front desk, to the staff outside the main entrance, to the room service, to the the people in the buffet breakfast area) everyone I came across was very courteous, considerate and exhibited the utmost professionalism. Truly a class act. This is my go to hotel in Dubai and I would 110% stand behind my recommendation of this hotel to any traveler who wants to experience the World class Taj hospitality. Thank you Taj and management.

our stay with Taj was a memorable one. We had a very good welcome by Danuska who accommodated our requirements excellently. He provided an excellent service. Breakfasts were excellent, service is second to none led by Abhisek and special note to Abhay in his team. All staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. We hired cars from the hotel and drivers provided a good service. Overall Taj provided real 5-star service

The best possible hospitality and comfort one can expect is what Taj Dubai delivered. Every staff member went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Location is most ideas on Dubaj with a mall right below, rooms kept To the best. Will surely visit again!!

The Taj Dubai is undoubtedly a solid choice for a luxury hotel stay in Dubai. I was in room 1410 for 4 nights. For the reasons below, I’m only giving this property four stars: -The door to my room was left open by the cleaners on one of the days. Not good. -The TV in my room kept rebooting itself while I was watching it – I was told this had been fixed but whatever they did, it didn’t truly fix it. Not a big deal, as my priority was being by the pool, but not what you’d expect in a Taj property. -Service felt inconsistent somehow – I was treated like royalty at breakfast after night#4, but on the other 3 mornings, although none of the staff were actually rude, I felt like I was nothing more than a number to them. It was the same at the front desk – I sensed the lady who checked me in didn’t want to be there, but then her colleagues at the other desks on other days always greeted me with the hugest of huge smiles! Now the good: -My room was huge – if you’re looking to get your 10,000 steps in per day, you can do them in the room! -The pool area is paradise after lunch – there’s no sun there in the afternoon, so it’s super-quiet for reading, sleeping etc and no sun = no sunburn… -Moreover, the Taj staff at the pool area were always super-helpful offering new towels and bottles of ice-cold water before you could even think to ask for them. Very impressive! -A regular complimentary shuttle to the Dubai Mall is included in your room rate – the Dubai Mall offers way more than just shops, so this was appreciated! -If you’re a fan of sushi, one of the in-house restaurants offers an all-you-can-eat deal on one of the nights (Sunday, I think). It’s just a shame this was never advertised to me. ☹ -The lobby is an absolutely lovely space where likely you will be offered a complimentary Arabian coffee. It’s worth your time to take a look round – there are many beautiful items, photos etc on display. In summary, I enjoyed my stay (thank you Taj Dubai team) but there are so many amazing hotels in Dubai, I will likely look for a different 5-star next time.

Great experience with Taj as always. Hospitality is exceptional. The Restaurant named Miss Tess is superb. Special Dosa named Bobby Dosa made my Chef Mr. Bobby. Special service given to us by Abhishek, Flora, Pawan, Ashmita and Arinjoy. Thank you so much for the memories…..
