Location, staff friendliness. I had a few small issues with my room that were immediately addressed and I was granted a very nice upgrade. Very close to many Malls and local shops, I definitely recommend this hot

Dubai in 6 Tagen - Hotel Voco
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Voco genossen. Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel mit sehr geräumigen/ großen Zimmern mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf das Museum of the Future. ( sehr zu empfehlen) Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer , gute Betten, immer sauber und komfortabel. Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet egal wo, wir wurden immer sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Service im Restaurant. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Speisen waren wirklich hervorragend. Abwechslungsreich und lecker. Besonders das Servicepersonal war ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. U.a. Wurden wir besonders von Sajjad, Iqbal, Hayfa und Tiama besonders herzlich bedient. Wir empfehlen diese Hotel gerne weiter.

Super Hotel für einen Städtetripp
Meine Frau und ich nutzten dieses Hotel für einen Städtetripp. Es ist super gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und eine spitzen Grundlage für einen spannenden und anstrengenden Tag in Dubei. Wir waren jeden Abend in der Bar dür einen oder zwei Drinks. Von hier hat man eine klasse Aussicht auf die toll beleuchtete Stadt.

They could not find my prepaid booking
They could not find my pre-paid booking and in order to stay at the hotel I had to authorize charge in my visa for the first night while they could look for it….. Not very nice start after a long flight !!
