Nice stay!
“It was a very enjoyable experience! Staff was friendly. Food was great! Location was excellent!.”Breakfast was great and you can order off the menu as well as buffet. It was surprisingly affordable by today’s standards. Bellman and doormen were very attentive. Luggage arrived to room very quickly.

Memorable stay!
We had a fabulous one night stay at The Shelborne. My first visit to Ireland over 20 years ago, my first stay was at The Shelbourne. It was great to return! The front desk staff, bellmen, and waitstaff were all outstanding. There is so much history and beauty at the Shelbourne! We loved the upgraded suite which made our stay even more memorable. Can’t wait to return!

Superb experience from start to finish
We stayed here for our wedding in April 2025 and the hotel and staff were absolutely superb. Our meal was beautiful, service excellent, and everyone went out of their way to make our stay special. Could not recommend more. The breakfast was also fantastic!

“Room was spacious and well appointed. I could plug in the hairdryer by the dresser and use it. It would have been better to have a plug in the bathroom however we understand there is an Irish rule preventing that which probably predates the current updated electronics. View was good since we were on a high floor. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the second floor guest bar especially after dinner. We have come to expect a luxury level of service and accommodation with the Autograph collection. The Shelbourne certainly provided that for us.

Pm “From the Hotel location in Dublin, to the impeccable hotel decor, superb hotel rooms, wonderful varied places to eat and drink within the hotel, the door people at the entrance (love the top hats), the inviting lobby, the friendly staff.................all five star. I booked the stay for myself and 7 other friends and we had a fabulous time. We booked eight rooms and would not hesitate to book again if our travels take us to Dublin! Eve and Shauna at the concierge desk, SUPERB, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! The hotel food where ever we ate was delicious, the chocolates in our rooms upon arrival were BEST EVER, check-in and check-out simple, quick and not complicated. THANK YOU. Nothing was overlooked at the Shelbourne! Beyond First Class
