Outstanding Hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
This is an outstanding hotel, it cossets you with comfort and first class hospitality. The staff are excellent, looking after you with care and kindness providing an oasis of calm in a busy vibrant city. The restaurants offer a variety of cuisine presented to a very high standard. In short I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely establishment.

Great stay at Capella Hanoi
Booked a three night stay at Capella Hanoi and enjoyed the amazing breakfast and daily rituals. Hotel gave great recommendations and helped assist with reservations which made the journey alot smoother. One minor note is that for future reservations it would be better to book direct via the GHA Discovery app instead of OTA via virtuoso as you would not be able to managed your bookings via the GHA Discovery App

A great experience, would highly recommend!
The ground floor bar was beautiful, but the bartenders are what made the experience truly noteworthy. Dui & Đuc were accommodating, entertaining and they helped make our last night in Hà Nội special. The drinks were great too! A hidden gem in a great location 🤩

Traveling through 3 countries over 3 weeks period, Capella Hanoi was the one that kept the smile on my face the whole time we were there. The magnificent room, the wonderful staffs, and the convenience of the location. All were beyond expectations. Love this place.

Over the top and we loved it.
We had a perfect stay, 2 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms. There are no connecting rooms, which we prefer, but side by side worked ok. The entry level rooms are a bit on the small side but have everything you could possibly need and more. The decor of each of the rooms was unique and I loved the "over the top" design. The staff here could not do enough for you. The complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch. Dinner at the Hudson Room was great if you are looking for a nice western style meal. Breakfast had an extensive a la carte selection of western and Vietnamese dishes as well as a buffet with a nice selection. The only area for improvement (and I am being picky here) would be more attentive service as breakfast, plates were not cleared promptly and it was sometimes hard to get someone to order you a 2nd cup of coffee. Overall great stay and would stay again and look for the Capella brand for our future travel stays.
