Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The hotel and the staff were amazing. we were pampered and spoiled throughout our stay. We celebrated 2 birthdays and the hotels prepared 2 birthday cakes and delivered to the room. During the dinner, they offered us other birthday's cakes. The restaurant, pool bar were very nice. But overall the staff (from front desk to housekeepers) was amazing. Defintely a 5 stars PLUS stay.

I spent 5 days at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong after visiting Japan for 2 weeks and staying at other 5-stars hotels such as Shangri-La and other Four Seasons hotels. The stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong was truly exceptional. The service from the in-room check in by the customer coordinator to the Executive room manager was simply outstanding. The harbor view from the room was memorizing, especially at night. The food at the Executive room was wonderful and tasty with lots of selection both at breakfast and evening. Their Michelin star Chinese restaurant was worth the visit and the hot Jade massage at the spa was one of a kind. Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Awesome hotel. Our desk receptionists were great! Annie Chan and Shirley Leung. Ask for them when you get there along with Ryan Choy. All of them were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome. I know it is part of their job but they did not have to do all they did for us. Outstanding job Annie, Shirley and Ryan

Stayed for three night with a colleague, ahead of business meetings. The hotel employees did everything possible to ensure our stay was a great one. This meant we could enjoy all the hotel facilities without any small but irritating items ruining the experience. The gym is better than most hotels, as are the swimming pools etc. The restaurants are also very enjoyable. Will be back.

My mum and I were going to HK to celebrate her birthday , therefore before checking in to the hotel, I have mentioned that it is my mum’s birthday and I hope that there will be some special arrangements to surprise her. And then FS never disappoint us, the sweet front office lady Winky told us that she has helped us to upgrade to sea view room which my mum love it so much, and also she kept wishing my mum happy birthday which made her even happier also. A nice decorated and delicious birthday dessert has been prepared also for my mum when we walked into room , everything was perfect and my mum really love it, thank you Four Seasons.
