Exceeded Expectations!
The whole experience my wife and I had at The Langham was world class, from guest services, front desk, concierge, driveway; and the exceptional housekeeping and one of the best club-lounge's we have visited. When you pay to stay at a hotel, you have the expectations that what you have invested will at a minimum, be delivered. However, at The Langham all who we interacted with, would go the extra distance to ensure we had the best experience possible, beyond what we expected - that is the essence of 'customer care.' We will absolutely be back at The Langham, Hong Kong on our next trip to Hong Kong.

Great experience
We have a great experience in this hotel. Location is very convenient and shopping is very nearby. Although I have admitted to Emergency Room on the 1st night, the staff are very helpful and coordinated.

Best club service ever.
The service and attention given at the Langham Club Hong Kong is some of the best I've ever seen. Nothing was too hard. At the end of a big walking day you were made to feel welcome and so looked after. I've stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and it's one of the best.

Amazing Service
The Langham is a great hotel and well located, but the main reason for my review is the service from the staff which was exceptional. Lucas in Guest Services was fantastic, replying to my email requests quickly and fulfilling each one. Eric on reception was great too, giving us recommendations of things to do during our stay. Would definitely stay again.
