酒店地理位置优越，在大陆到西九龙高铁站下车后，一个地铁站即可到酒店。酒店应该有一定年限了，装修稍旧，房间的卫生也一般，总体价格也偏贵，一晚接近2000hkd，总体非常一般，酒店服务人员素质较好也比较热情，这个值得肯定。

入住的时候电话询问酒水是否涵盖在房费里回答模棱两可，电话询问reception是否有碎纸机直接回答没有，也不问我们为什么要用碎纸机，也不帮忙想办法，这么大的酒店行政都不用碎纸机的话不可相信

床品被单潮湿、陈旧、发灰。严重影响睡眠质量，无法和一家定位奢华五星酒店关联，这是一次非常失望的入住。
