The Langham Hong Kong

We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe city view room, I believe superior rooms who are not renovated are still ok but obviously the deluxe ones have a more fresh vibe Service was really good throughout the stay apart from the sometimes unhappy or unenthusiastic doorman which other reviewers have stated but it's not really an issue Breakfast have a wide variety however the presentation and the food gallery restaurant itself is not in par with the rest of the hotel Rate was very good compared to other hk 5 star hotels and location is this place major asset, minutes walk to almost everywhere u want like harbor city of star ferry pier or the avenue of star

The whole experience my wife and I had at The Langham was world class, from guest services, front desk, concierge, driveway; and the exceptional housekeeping and one of the best club-lounge's we have visited. When you pay to stay at a hotel, you have the expectations that what you have invested will at a minimum, be delivered. However, at The Langham all who we interacted with, would go the extra distance to ensure we had the best experience possible, beyond what we expected - that is the essence of 'customer care.' We will absolutely be back at The Langham, Hong Kong on our next trip to Hong Kong.

We have a great experience in this hotel. Location is very convenient and shopping is very nearby. Although I have admitted to Emergency Room on the 1st night, the staff are very helpful and coordinated.

The service and attention given at the Langham Club Hong Kong is some of the best I've ever seen. Nothing was too hard. At the end of a big walking day you were made to feel welcome and so looked after. I've stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and it's one of the best.
