The Langham Hong Kong

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, mere steps from an MTR station, and super close to the waterfront and famous Hong Kong skyline and star ferry. The location, comfortable and updated amenities, and the amazing service, is what would bring me back. Helen, was extremely gracious, welcoming, and helpful in the club lounge and added personalized touches to our stay that will make the trip a memorable one, in the best way. Also, Joey, is an amazing resource in the hotel’s three Michelin star restaurant, T’ang Court. She helped me figure out which delicious dishes would best accommodate a late night, family meal after arriving from the airport, and her personalized information and assistance enhanced the already decadent culinary experience. I spend a lot of time researching places to stay for trips, and I highly recommend the Langham hotel in Hong Kong. I ask for directions on an almost daily basis before heading out, and everyone has been extremely gracious and helpful. Thank you to all the people who make the stay a great and special one.

We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe city view room, I believe superior rooms who are not renovated are still ok but obviously the deluxe ones have a more fresh vibe Service was really good throughout the stay apart from the sometimes unhappy or unenthusiastic doorman which other reviewers have stated but it's not really an issue Breakfast have a wide variety however the presentation and the food gallery restaurant itself is not in par with the rest of the hotel Rate was very good compared to other hk 5 star hotels and location is this place major asset, minutes walk to almost everywhere u want like harbor city of star ferry pier or the avenue of star

The whole experience my wife and I had at The Langham was world class, from guest services, front desk, concierge, driveway; and the exceptional housekeeping and one of the best club-lounge's we have visited. When you pay to stay at a hotel, you have the expectations that what you have invested will at a minimum, be delivered. However, at The Langham all who we interacted with, would go the extra distance to ensure we had the best experience possible, beyond what we expected - that is the essence of 'customer care.' We will absolutely be back at The Langham, Hong Kong on our next trip to Hong Kong.

We have a great experience in this hotel. Location is very convenient and shopping is very nearby. Although I have admitted to Emergency Room on the 1st night, the staff are very helpful and coordinated.
