The Langham Hong Kong

Excellent location, tired hotel. Stayed here 3 nights prior to a cruise that left from the central cruise terminal next door. Location is fantastic, just behind the center of the Kowloon waterfront near the Star Ferry terminal. Easy walk to see the nightly last light show, easy walk to get on our cruise. The hotel lobby is impressive. The rooms not so much. Carpet, furnishings, electrical are all quite tired. No plugs by one side of the bed to charge electronics, all plugs are located only on the other side. Room was very damp and dank, smelled quite musty, even though the A/C was running constantly, and it’s the end of the dry season (so not rainy and wet outside). A/C worked well, kept the room cool, but did nothing to help the moldy, musty smell. The included breakfast was good, lots of choices. The check in was painfully slow, with no explanation. The other agents at the check-in desk managed to check in 3-4 people in the time it took the person checking us in to find us a room. Our reservation was made about 9 months ago, and reconfirmed at least twice prior to our stay. Reservation was also attached to our Brilliant membership number, which had all the personal details. So not sure what the problem was. Not sure if I’d stay here again, I would certainly explore other options.

Good experience. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa very much. Buffet breakfast had limited options. Krystal and yoyo at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Convenient location and I would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I love this hotel such a warm welcome anazing staff beautiful room and nothing is too much trouble. Love the pool too so peaceful. Thank you! Love the huge bath comfy bed and small touches and the breakfast. A perfect getaway and fab location. We did not want to leave!

Great location. Great staff. Average services. Didn’t try the food and gym. Key card works intermittent.

Brought my girl friends to Palm Court for Afternoon Tea, the service was really nice and have great selections of Desserts! Shout out to Marcella for being super nice to us :) Also they offered us "all-you-can-pick" desserts tray after we finish our Afternoon Tea set. We're all really full after that!
