Lanson Place Hotel Hong Kong

We’ve stayed at Lanson Place Causeway Bay several times now, and each visit somehow manages to feel even more special each time we return. It truly feels like our home away from home — warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed in every way. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and beautifully appointed, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. From the plush bedding to the well-equipped bathrooms and living rooms, every detail has been carefully considered to make guests feel at ease. We especially love starting the day with breakfast at Salon Lanson — the selection is always fantastic, fresh and varied. And it’s the little touches that really set this place apart: warm egg tarts from Bakehouse in the lobby each morning, and sparkling wine served in the evenings. These thoughtful gestures add a real sense of warmth and generosity. The staff are outstanding — genuinely kind, attentive and professional. Every time we return, we’re greeted like old friends. It feels less like a hotel and more like staying with extended family who happen to be incredibly good hosts. If you’re looking for a refined, comfortable, and welcoming base in Hong Kong, Lanson Place is it. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We expected the hotel to be of the same standard as the Small Luxury Hotel we had previously experienced but it was not. The hotel was disappointing and we would have changed hotel if we had been in Hong Kong longer. Among other things, the carpet in the room was dirty, but the worst thing was that the bed smelled like feces. Our package was supposed to include also additional services, which were however discontinued without informing us in advance.

General experience for my 4 days stay in this hotel is about average. The price paid was slightly expensive relative to my stay as breakfast wasn't great and those who value privacy might find housekeeping a bit intrusive as the room would be tidied and cleared almost every time we leave the room ie, for breakfast or for the day. Other than that, reception staff were great and extremely helpful in attending to queries (giving directions etc)

This is the best hotel service that I ever had in my life from the room maker to the top executive chef. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and helpful, I’m not exaggerating and if I have to write what I had experienced in my recent stayed in Lanson Place. It would be a few pages long. Anyway, I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you have a chance to go to Hong Kong.
