Regent Hong Kong

First time in HK, chose to stay at the Regent Hong Kong. One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Walking distance to k11 mall and avenue of stars. Rooms and public areas have excellent views of Victoria Harbour. Got chance to try the Regent Club for my stay. Excellent experience from Ms. Cygan, all staff there are friendly and understanding guests’ needs, always ready to offer personalized service. Definitely a hotel worth staying in HK. Will choose again next time.

Highly recommend !!! My husband, baby and myself travel to HongKong for a short holidays (6 days). We have an amazing time at the hotel. What’s I love about regent HongKong; the staff are friendly and well communicate in English. I bring my baby 7 months old to travel first time. Regent HongKong assist us to prepare the room with the baby cot, baby bath tub, baby amenity, baby high chair and baby catering. Which make our journey more comfortable after a long flight from Australia. I also would like to complement the staff ( Sachin and Roy) at the Regent Club which well take care us during our stay. It is remarkable and impress me to know that Sachin and Roy remember our preference for breakfast, drink and how we like to set up. The customer service at Regent is amazing and show how they well training their staff. At regent club, I never see the food empty, the food always fill up and staff always checking with guest if they need anything. Only deduct point from me is the hotel should inform guest if they have someone cleaning the window, I was shocking when I saw someone cleaning the window after I walk out from the toilet because the room can be seen from the outside. Overall, I love to stay at Regent HongKong and will definitely revisit

I have enjoyed great stays in Regent since I was at their soft opening in April 2023. I also proposed to my wife at Regent. This time was a very special occasion as it was the first two days of our Honeymoon, before flying off to other destinations. Aside from this, it was my wife’s Birthday, so we wanted to be somewhere very special for us. Regent ticks all the boxes, with it’s amazing harbour views, from the rooms and suites (definitely the best views in Kowloon). The onsite restaurants are all first class and the Club Lounge is a tranquil place to relax after a day in Hong Kong. But what also makes Regent very special is the fantastic team that are so attentive every time we stay. When they found out it was my wife’s Birthday and our Honeymoon, they were all so lovely. Everyone offering best wishes and they even prepared some gifts for us to make the stay even more memorable. Thank you to the Regent team including - Amy, Cygan, Tatsuki, Himmy, , Karen, Sachin, Desmond, Cheryl, Edward, Roy and Grace. We are fortunate enough to return to the Regent this month, so we’ll look forward to seeing everyone again. I’ve been coming to Hong Kong for 25 years and have been fortunate enough to have stayed in a lot of the high-end hotels and I can recommend Regent as one of the best.

Thanks for Amy from front office, Regent Club Team (Tatsuki, Cygan, Cheryl, Sachin and Edward) and Henry from Lai Ching Heen for making this stay so perfect. They are all caring about the customers' need and attentive to details, which gave us a full surprise during the stay. We are so touched by their professionalism and passion. Complementary cake and chocolate. Welcoming Introduction by Cindy, very attentive and caring. Spotless and spacious room, well equipped as well. Me and my besties had a nice gathering here. One small disappointment was the staffs at Qura were not as attentive as before.
