Regent Hong Kong

I have enjoyed great stays in Regent since I was at their soft opening in April 2023. I also proposed to my wife at Regent. This time was a very special occasion as it was the first two days of our Honeymoon, before flying off to other destinations. Aside from this, it was my wife’s Birthday, so we wanted to be somewhere very special for us. Regent ticks all the boxes, with it’s amazing harbour views, from the rooms and suites (definitely the best views in Kowloon). The onsite restaurants are all first class and the Club Lounge is a tranquil place to relax after a day in Hong Kong. But what also makes Regent very special is the fantastic team that are so attentive every time we stay. When they found out it was my wife’s Birthday and our Honeymoon, they were all so lovely. Everyone offering best wishes and they even prepared some gifts for us to make the stay even more memorable. Thank you to the Regent team including - Amy, Cygan, Tatsuki, Himmy, , Karen, Sachin, Desmond, Cheryl, Edward, Roy and Grace. We are fortunate enough to return to the Regent this month, so we’ll look forward to seeing everyone again. I’ve been coming to Hong Kong for 25 years and have been fortunate enough to have stayed in a lot of the high-end hotels and I can recommend Regent as one of the best.

Thanks for Amy from front office, Regent Club Team (Tatsuki, Cygan, Cheryl, Sachin and Edward) and Henry from Lai Ching Heen for making this stay so perfect. They are all caring about the customers' need and attentive to details, which gave us a full surprise during the stay. We are so touched by their professionalism and passion. Complementary cake and chocolate. Welcoming Introduction by Cindy, very attentive and caring. Spotless and spacious room, well equipped as well. Me and my besties had a nice gathering here. One small disappointment was the staffs at Qura were not as attentive as before.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in Hong Kong. Location is perfect and the view from the room is also breathtaking. I would like to also mentioning the thoughtful service from the Lounge, Amy welcomed me with the very thoughtful service and even guide me all the details and design story of the hotel. I absolutely will visit again soon, hopefully will still enjoy the great service and have the relax moment again 這是我在香港住過最好的飯店體驗之一！當然飯店本身的位置優越，面對港景的景觀優越，在飯店房間裡面即坐擁最精華的景觀，完全毋需踏出飯店也能享受香港。 當時check in在酒廊受到Amy貼心的接待，整個酒廊團隊不僅只是單純check in更是讓我們從第一刻就可以開始放鬆的享受在飯店裡的時光。在check in 過程也聽到分享許多飯店的設計元素跟細節，讓我們看到房間內許多小細節都更覺得有趣。 整體來說，這次雖然只有在香港待一天的行程，不過整體的體驗已經是我在洲際集團飯店裡體驗過的前段班。未來若有再次去香港的行程也會安排再次入住，期望屆時也能有一樣優越的服務！

We had the most amazing stay at the Regent, the hotel has been transformed superbly from the old intercontinental, each detail of the hotel has been well thought out and the team are so welcoming, polite, efficient and everything is done with a smile. Our room was fantastic, with an amazing view of the harbour, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was brilliantly designed. The club floor is really special with fantastic food and amazing staff and the service levels are excellent. Dining in the hotel offers so much great choice, and Qura bar for food and drink was a real highlight I would highly recommend the Regent to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Hong Kong
