He did his magic to secure a dinner reservation at a venue which is considered unattainable, also offering recommendations for other dining experiences. Meanwhile the team at Regent Club, headed by Cygan, made us feel like we were coming home to our private living room each day. From Cygan and Carolina to Sathin, Edward and Desmond, each Regent Club Experience Agent made us feel so looked after, from remembering our favourite table overlooking the harbour to our preferred beverages and breakfast favorites. From Regent Hong Kong's convenient location we explored the city - from the latest exhibition at M+ to every local market imaginable. We watched gleaming cruise ships and red-sailed junk boats glide by the majestic Lobby windows and later took an enchanting sunset harbour cruise, which departed from the Kowloon pier, just a short walk away. Dining at the two Michelin starred Lai Ching Heen is an experience not to be missed. The Cantonese cuisine here is beyond compare, as is the service, elegant jade-inspired ambience and stunning harbourviews. Lai Ching Heen Manager Henry Wong and his team curated an amazing culinary experience with tasting portions which allowed us to sample more dishes, even though we were just three persons. Drinks at the eclectic Qura Bar, was a sensory odyssey, as we took in the whimsical decor and hypnotic harbourviews, while sipping Bar Manager Gennaro's innovative cocktail creations. We also loved the Saturday lunch at Nobu, an all-inclusive experience that allowed us to sample over a dozen different dishes, each one a thrilling combination of Japanese and Peruvian flavours that were absolutely delicious. On our last night, we enjoyed the sultry live jazz music in the Lobby Lounge over a light bite while soaking in the awe-inspiring harbourviews and dreaming of returning again soon.

아이 생일 기념으로 떠난 여행이였고 아이가 아직 어려(4살) 호텔의 위치가 무었보다 중요했어요. 그런점에서 리젠트 호텔의 위치는 k11몰과 연결되어있고 레고랜드, 스페이스 뮤지엄 등 지척에 아이가 좋아하는 것들이 많아 완벽했다고 생각합니다! 시티 투어 버스도 k11 앞에서 시작하니 침사추이의 일정은 호텔 근처에서 모두 끝낼 수 있었고요. 호텔 이야기를 하자면 모든 직원들이 친절했고 미리 아이의 생일이라고 이메일을 보낸 상태여서 체크인시 선물과 함께 환대해 주셨고 제가 엘리트 플레티넘 멤버여서 얼리 체크인, 레이트 체크아웃, 하버뷰로 룸 업그헤이드 가능했습니다. 떠나기 전 리젠트 호텔은 아이와 동반한 후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 직원분 한분 한분 모두 아이에게 친절하게 대해주시고 생일 축하해 주셔서 저희 아이는 물론 저희 부부까지 기분 좋은 투숙이 되었습니다. 첫날 아이의 취향을 파악하시고 두번째날 선물과 함께 써준 메모에 저희 부부는 큰 감동을 받았어요. 이전 호텔에 물건을 남기고 와서 컨시어지 분들께 연락을 부탁드렸는데 직접 택시를 타고 그 호텔에 방문하여 물건을 가져다 주신일도 저희 부부는 잊지못할겁니다. 정말 감사했어요. 아이 동반 여행 이신 분들께 리젠트 호텔 추천합니다.

We spent three amazing days at the Regent Hong Kong. Everything you touch reflects impeccable quality. The Regent Club Lounge is relaxed, never overcrowded, and a perfect place to unwind. The buffet is consistently refreshed and beautifully presented—right up until the very last minute of service. On our first evening, we arrived just ten minutes before closing, and everything looked as fresh and inviting as if we were the very first guests of the day. That level of detail is rare, even among five-star hotels. One of the best surprises was the limousine service at the airport. Not only was the driver perfectly punctual, but the Regent staff greeted us on arrival, assisted with our luggage, and guided us efficiently to the check-in counter—an incredibly welcome gesture amid the usual chaos and pushy "helpers" at the airport. At Regent Hong Kong, you genuinely feel welcomed. Every member of staff is highly attentive, courteous, and warm in their interactions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return.
