About the Hotel
The Upper House is a highly individualized small luxury hotel designed by Hong Kong architect Andre Fu. The hotel’s 117 rooms including 21 suites and 2 penthouses, start at 730 square feet, the largest in Hong Kong. Rooms and suites feature wonderfully spacious bathrooms and dressing areas, and offer either scenic harbour or island views. Calming and contemporary, the rooms are designed to provide a sense of relaxation, warmth and understated luxury. Bespoke service, well-crafted natural materials and a design aesthetic based around the ‘Upward Journey’ creates a timeless serenity that flows through the different rooms of our House.

Perfect 10-night stay
Incredible 10-night stay at the Upper House. Everything was just perfect. Service is world-class, and the room design is amazing. A good night's sleep is assured, given the quality and comfort of the bed. I can honestly say that the pillows are the best ever! The yoga sessions catered to our needs - I enjoyed the Saturday evening session so much I went back early Sunday morning. I would highly recommend the Upper House; it's an incredible hotel, and I most certainly will be back.

Perfect stay in Hong Kong
Amazing hotel experience! High-class design, spacious rooms, great service! Highly recommend to visit. We’ve enjoyed our vacation a lot staying at this place. Location is also very good close to most of the attractions and spots. Great shopping mall nearby

A great choice for family trip with kids
It has been a few years since I last stayed at UH. This time I brought my children to Hong Kong and chose to stay here again. Because of its outstanding artistry, many people would not define UH as a family hotel, but I found that the hotel is very kids friendly: 1. The corners of all furniture in the room are protected. 2. Although there is no traditional playroom, the hotel has a cooperative playroom with Bimbo Concept, which my kid enjoys very much: all the toys are exquisite and the scenery is beautiful. 3. The beauty of interior design itself is part of art education. I especially want to thank Leo at the front desk, who is very friendly and patient, and helped us with our requests one by one. The entire service team is very enthusiastic. The staff even walked us to the station to experience the ding ding tram. I will still choose Upper House next time.

Love Upper House
Room is nice, view is amazing. All the staff is kind and willing to help and explain everything when check-in. Location is just between central and 灣仔, very convenience for planning schedule. We will for sure visiting again when back to HK next time.

They don't miss a beat.... WOW!
This is my home when I visit Hong Kong. I arrived with a personalized Welcome Back sign and treats in the room, I felt so spoiled! It is truly the best hotel in the world! The service, attention to detail, design, quality of food, etc. are all above and beyond my expectations every time. It's well worth every penny! They make traveling to another country where I don't speak the language extremely easy - everything is well thought out and they do not miss a beat!! I can't wait to come back here <3
