Amazing hotel and experience
Wife and I spent a week here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and fell in love instantly with the hotel. From check in to check out the hotel, staff, accommodations, restaurants, amazing room, and everything was just perfect! We will definitely be returning again! Zero complaints 👌🏽 top notch

素晴らしいホテルで良いことも沢山有りますが、あえて気に成る事を投稿します。
ホテル側のマニュアルか、それともハウスキーパーの忖度か理解できませんが、 便器の前に綺麗な折りたたんだ上質のタオルを毎日引いてくれています。 ホテルですから当然、全室のタオル類をまとめて、大型の洗濯機で洗っている事と思います。想像すると気色が悪く成り、他のタオルを使う度に一瞬、躊躇していまいます。 これは、若いお母さん方に遵守して戴きたいと思います。 このホテルには子供用のプールは有りません。オムツ（パンパス）を付けてプールに連れて来ないでください。

Again and again
Aloha. We are very satisfied, since 1990, repeat guests of the Halekulani Hotel, our recent trip was just the same level of kindness, care, and old world Hawaiian hospitality. We stayed three nights and dined off property at the lady & the pig in Chinatown, and Podmore in downtown via Dede at Concierge, who also arranged divine in room flowers from Tomoko the Halekulani Hotel florist. We attended Sunday Brunch at the Orchid and all agreed it was the best and most expansive old English and Japanese buffet. Amazing! As all ways our last night is at the House without a Key for enchantment, music and Hula! We shall return, again, and gain. Mahalo

This hotel, from start to finish, is simply a class act.
