Not so luxury with luxury prices and below average service
Service and stay very lacking for the brand and price. Poor wobbly tables where my drink was almost spilled across three separate table, menu price discrepancies (not much in price difference but if that was off what else is wrong on the menu) not knowledgeable or new staff, long wait time for food, food came out wrong, experience for this specific line and luxury brand was poor and not up to par. I would skip and continue to stay with competitors. First time to stay at one of these properties and it was a major disappointed. I would’ve rented a b’n’b and served myself if I wanted to pay the amount it cost. Reason I came to this property was for the amenities and service. I feel I got neither.

Amazing staff with fantastic service.
Amazing views of downtown Houston with parks right next door. The location of the hotel is located right outside of the downtown area of Houston and close to all the best dining options and close to Galeria shopping district and most desirable hike and bike trails located across the street from hotel.

Pedro in the delivery room was awesome! He delivered all our packages right when they arrived. He was very fun to work with. I highly recommend staying here especially with the amazing staff on site. This experience for me and my team has been wonderful!

I had an amazing time at the hotel and pool. Jennie and Greer exceeded my expectations and definitely gave me and my friends an amazing experience. I would highly suggest staying here and enjoying a day in the sun with them and cool off with amazing cocktails.

Jennie and Greer took excellent care of us! Extremely attentive, and kind the entire time! Jennie even went out of her way to turn on music for us. I will one hundred percent be coming back! The views are also great, you can see all of downtown, montrose, and Allen parkway!
