The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul

Excellence in every aspect. If you’re looking for a luxurious, carefree stay in Istanbul then you should choose the Ritz-Carlton. Rooms are airy and newly renovated, with tasteful Ottoman touches. All dining outlets were great including an Anatolian, Italian and, of course, Japanese cuisine at Nobu. The Club Lounge is a must, with its 5 daily culinary presentations. It is located on the 12th floor with expansive Bosporous views and personalised service. The Ladies & Gentlemen at the Ritz is what will make your stay. Their le clefs d'or concierges will take care of you and leave nothing to desire (thank you Ibrahim, Yucel, Riham, Aybuke and all). The Guest Relations department, headed by Mr. Bora Küp who has a great eye for detail and guest satisfaction, and whose team will make your stay at the Ritz an unforgettable one. Their service at the F&B outlets and Club Lounge is second to none. I have to especially commend Baran Yūcel, an exceptional young man with a good eye for service. Having trained in silver service myself I am very critical of good service - but Baran does everything perfectly. I am sure he will progress greatly and quickly in his career. This sums up service in the Ritz as a whole, personal but never overbearing, friendly but always professional. Not to forget the housekeeping and maintenance team who keep the hotel to such an immaculate standard. The kind lady at the gym and everyone at Spasoul - always an excellent way to end the day. I have lots of meetings here at the hotel, having lots of friends and family in Istanbul. My cousin, who is local, stayed with me for a few days and all the staff made him feel very welcome. And even he agrees, this is the best address in Istanbul. All in all, the Ritz Carlton has gained my trust and loyalty to be my regular hotel in Istanbul. Trust me, you don’t want to stay anywhere else. Everything you need is at this hotel.

We spent four nights at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul and it was great. Our room was super spacious, beautifully decorated and had an awesome view of the Bosporus. The staff were really helpful, too. The only downside is that if you want to explore the neighborhood, it's pretty hilly and it gets a bit crowded if there's a soccer game nearby.

from the minute, we checked in Derya made us feel so special and acknowledge my birthday the special gesture of the cake made my birthday etra special. Restaurant service was also very good. Derya is amazing. Our stat was perfect we will be back❤️

Wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great location! We stayed on the Club Floor and had excellent service from Fatih Boren. We dined at both the Turkish restaurant, Atolye, as well as the Italian, Limore. Highly recommend both. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service.The staff is good and service is extremely good. Always ready to help. Three restaurant all are good and expensive. Breakfast is lavish Only disadvantage little far from main area. Always had to take taxi
