Grand Hyatt Jakarta

This hotel is absolutely one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. From the check in staff, room service , breakfast staff everything was spot on. Location is excellent , and the amenities for the price are above and beyond other hotels in Jakarta. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Business floor is the perfect combination for a healthy work-life balance. A spacious room with perfect bed, a proper desk to work on, great WiFi and...excellent food & beverages on the same floor. Fellow entrepreneurs in the lounge create a great atmosphere.

Another 5 star experience again ! We have stayed here fort the last 25 years each year except Covid The staff and facilities here are first class ! I love level 5 ie club Olympus ( sauna hot pool cold pool steam room mens “den” gym) Plus the resort styled pool and tropical surroundings with palm trees private ares etc .

What a delightful welcome home we received after our last visit 12 months ago . Grand Hyatt Jakarta is the best in Jakarta . After 20 yrs of one of our favourite hotels in the world this hotel never disappoints!!!!! It actually sets the benchmark for my husband and I of how a hotel consistently retains its high level of customer service , hospitality service and the extra sprinkle of magic that we find the staff offer . From arrival at the Grand Hotel entrance to being escorted up to the Club Lounge our yearly visit just keeps getting better . We first started off staying 2-3 nights then a week and now 2 weeks. It’s one of the highlights of our travelling year. This all happens because of the staff firstly . A wonderful new General Manager Parveen Kumar has arrived since our last visit , made it his business to introduce himself to guests like ourselves . An informal get together in the Fabulous Fountain Lounge. A wonderful live band playing six nights a week. We were recognised straight away by smiling Jenifer ( Club Lounge Manager ) who made us feel right at home after our flight. Our room was just as we thought , delightful Grand Hyatt treats on the coffee table with a welcome personal card. The rooms are beautiful clean , accompanied by fresh white soft towels , and the amazing dressing room . Our other wonderful staff member who goes that bit further also is Suzanna , Front Office Manager . A very professional team member who went out of her way to find us in the Club Lounge and make sure our stay was to our standard . A Grand Club room gives guests that little extra spoiling . The staff recognised my husband and I as though we were there last week !!!! Firstly the girls , Erma Shindy , Mallencia , Fira , all made our stay feel like we are back home again . Then we have the guys Andre , Ricki , Windi , Halif , Levvy , Fajar Kevin , Kemal and Edward in training . We can’t forget the wonderful food served nightly in Club Lounge , between 6-8 pm by the chefs . Catherine , Tika , Restu , Adam and anyone us who attended to the tempting meals we enjoyed . Breakfasts a highlight for us . Choices from my own egg white omelets custom prepared to my liking to a wonderful variety of healthy choices , fruit platters the freshest , tastiest and always first the class the way they are presented . Chefs here are really dedicated to serving tasty food , beautifully presented and a taste of what the Restaurants in the hotel have on offer. A great initiative . Especially the high quality Indonesian and Japanese cuisine available within the hotel . Congratulations to these staff ,. We can’t forget the fabulous House Keeping staff who attended to our room daily.Toiletries constantly replaced . Grand Hyatt Jakarta has the best pool , huge , lots of private spaces and a wonderful poolside restaurant bar service . Rinda always had a smiling face , a real asset to this area . This hotel is connected to 2 of the best Shopping Centres in Jakarta. Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The Olympus Club on the same level as the pool 5 th floor , is a fabulous relaxing area . Great massages , gym ,spa and chilling out area. Thank you Grand Hyatt again for a fabulous stay . We look forward to seeing you all again soon . Keep up the great work .

Great hotel. Good staff. Clean. Staff were quick enough to respond. Catered to my needs. Size of the room was good and have me a pleasant home away from home. Club room is worth while especially if you don't like too much crowds. However, the meals served should have more variety of food. Food was also repetitive over the few days I was there.
