Great staff and concierge
Excellent stay with accomodation and facilities- especially golf zone and staff. Sarah with guest relations so friendly and welcoming and Aditya with concierge went above and beyond expectations. The breakfast is not to be missed either.

Best Hotel in Jakarta
Without a doubt the best hotel in Jakarta. From arrival to check out first class. The staff are always super friendly and from the people at the door to Nikola at the front desk I feel at home. The executive lounge is fantastic and the people like Royana, Derry, Vincent , Callula and all the others they could give courses in how to treat guests. No request is to outrageous for them to try and do. Also I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the pool staff out of this world. And finally best gourmet dining at Lobo. Best steaks in town. Love this hotel and the Manager Maurizio is one in a million Thank you all.

Company workshop at the Ritz
Our company held a workshop at the Ritz Carlton the last week of April. The Ritz Carlton Team on the Club Lounge level and overall were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Wonderful stay at ritz carlton kuningan jakarta
Stayed for the weekend with the family while we're on a trip to indonesia. From arrival the staff at ritz carlton kuningan did their best to make us feel at home. There are many facilities at the hotel for all. Kids love the pool and and everyone loves the lounge. Our room was ridicoulusly large and comfy. Overall great stay.

An exquisite family holiday
My three-day family holiday at Ritz Carlton Kuningan was wonderful where the facilities are all family friendly. A special thanks to the club team as we had beyond exquisite time there. The foods are top-notch, the staffs are very helpful and welcoming, especially Irwan Maulana who assisted us a lot. Totally recommended for any family/bustrip & would revisit Ritz Carlton Kuningan.
