Staycation Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan
My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was truly enjoyable, highlighted by spacious guest rooms and a bathtub offering a breathtaking view. The restaurant provided a wide variety of delicious cuisine, enhancing the overall experience. However, there was one regulation that felt somewhat inconvenient — male guests are required to wear proper swim attire and are not permitted to swim bare-chested. Due to this policy, we ultimately decided not to use the swimming facilities.

A lovely day at the Ritz Spa
What a lovely experience at the Ritz spa :) The facilities are beautiful and clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. The spa is separated into male and female sides with changing rooms, toilets, showers, a hot tub, and cold plunge. There are private rooms for single and couples/friend massage treatments that have showers for rinsing off between steps. Berna took care of of me for my 2.5 hour long massage and facial- what a treat! I cannot recommend spending time in the spa highly enough. Thank you! 😊

Great staff and concierge
Excellent stay with accomodation and facilities- especially golf zone and staff. Sarah with guest relations so friendly and welcoming and Aditya with concierge went above and beyond expectations. The breakfast is not to be missed either.

Best Hotel in Jakarta
Without a doubt the best hotel in Jakarta. From arrival to check out first class. The staff are always super friendly and from the people at the door to Nikola at the front desk I feel at home. The executive lounge is fantastic and the people like Royana, Derry, Vincent , Callula and all the others they could give courses in how to treat guests. No request is to outrageous for them to try and do. Also I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the pool staff out of this world. And finally best gourmet dining at Lobo. Best steaks in town. Love this hotel and the Manager Maurizio is one in a million Thank you all.

Company workshop at the Ritz
Our company held a workshop at the Ritz Carlton the last week of April. The Ritz Carlton Team on the Club Lounge level and overall were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
