Just finished a fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. The hotel exceeds expectations. The club lounge provides excellent and a variety of food and drinks for all meals throughout the day. The room itself is in excellent condition. What really stands out is the service, which is personal, professional, and friendly! Highy recommended hotel!

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta from April 1st to 7th this year, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta, within the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers who want to stay in a central location. My sister booked a Suite Room with Club Lounge access, and the service was truly exceptional. The butler service was outstanding—always ready to assist, including delivering online orders or guest packages directly to the room. This level of attention and convenience really enhanced my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. There was a good variety of food offered, and one thing I truly appreciated was that the kitchen team was very accommodating—you can even request meals specifically for kids by speaking with the chef or kitchen staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. One of the restaurant staff members, whose name I believe was Azzahra, also stood out with her excellent service That said, there are a couple of things to note for families traveling with children. The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly, as children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additionally, the activities available at the kids club were quite limited. I hope there will be more family-friendly enhancements in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends or colleagues who are looking for a luxurious staycation experience in Jakarta with excellent service and a prime location.

I have stayed at various hotels such as Ritz-Carlton Pacific, Kuningan, Westin, JW Marriott, Mulia, and Pullman, for durations ranging from a single day to several days. When I’m a member, they often greet me formally at check-in based on my past stay records. In some cases, they don’t recognize me. However, I was surprised when, despite staying at the Ritz-Carlton Pacific after a two-year gap, the manager, Mr. Dasep, recognized me at the restaurant and came over to greet me. (I didn’t recognize Mr. Dasep, though…) Two years ago, I stayed there with relatives, and this time, I was with my family, yet he still remembered me. Unlike other hotels, the variety of food isn’t extensive, but it’s refined, and the essentials are well-prepared, with both cold and hot food options available. There are also snacks available between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it ideal for living in the hotel. Plus, it’s connected to a mall, which is a great advantage in traffic-congested Jakarta, allowing you to do everything in one stop without having to go outside. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay at in Jakarta, the Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place would be one of the best choices. 리츠칼튼 퍼시픽, 쿠닝안, 웨스틴, jw 메리어트, 물리아, 풀만 등 여러 호텔에서 짧게는 하루 길게는 몇일을 머물렀습니다. 그들은 내가 멤버쉽일 경우 과거 투숙 기록으로 인해 체크인시 형식적인 인사를 합니다. 어떤 경우는 인지를 못합니다. 다만 리츠칼튼 퍼시픽근 2년만에 투숙임에도 지배인 Dasep 씨는 식당에서 알아보고 다가와 인사를 건내는 것을 보고 놀랐습니다. (저는 dasep씨를 못알아보았네요..) 2년 전에는 친척들과 투숙한 이후 금번엔 가족과 투숙이었음에도요.. 다른 호텔처럼 음식 가짓수는 많지 않으나 정갈하며 꼭 필요한 음식이 콜드 푸드와 핫 푸드에 비치되어 있습니다. 아침 점심 저녁 사이 사이에 간식도 있어 거주하면서 호텔에서 지내기엔 최고입니다. 또한 몰도 연결되어 차가 막히는 자카르타에서 밖에 나가지 않고 모든 것을 원스탑으로 할 수 있는 장점도 있습니다. 자카르타에서 머물 호탤을 찾는다변 리츠 칼튼 퍼시픽 플레이스가 최고의 선택 중 하나가 될 것이다

Ritz Carlton Pacific Place memang toppp bangetttt . Ballroom yang sangat mewahhh dan bersihhhh. Pelayanan staff banquet juga sangat ramah dan fast respon, makanan juga enak semua. Terimakasih Mas Andika dan team . Kami sangat puasssss . Sangat rekomend pokoknya dehhh
