Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service
My stay at the Mamilla Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old City and adjacent to great shopping and dining. The design of the hotel is modern yet respectful of Jerusalem’s historic charm. A special mention goes to Mark at the front desk, who made our arrival and departure seamless and warm. He was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure our room was just right. His hospitality truly set the tone for the entire stay. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and delicious cuisine, and the spa was a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for both luxury and location.

Great Stay!
From the moment we arrived Mark at the front desk couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect! Mark is a great communicator even on his days off. Mark really made our stay comfortable. If I had one comment..the bathrooms do not have good counter space. Our room was clean and the service provided when needed was very timely. One last thing, Happy Fish has a great chef, the food was delicious!

The staff and hotel are wonderful!
We stayed the Mamilla for 3 nights and the food and accommodations were fantastic! What made our stay truly special, however, were the staff. Rachel, Yatreb, Hamzeh (T), Hamza (A), Stephane and Mark were all incredibly helpful regarding all aspects of our trip - suggesting things to do, arranging transportation, giving directions to sites, providing for a number of special requests, etc. Every staff member was professional, knowledge, responsive, pleasant and had a great sense of humor. This was the finest hotel experience I have ever had!

We enjoyed a lot
We enjoyed the stay, the atmosphere, the food and the service. Especially we enjoyed the special and remarkable tour with Oded Amitai which showed us new aspects of Jerusalem. The gym in very fancy and attractive and the Jerusalem view is winning everything!

Great service and great staff
My kids and I had an amazing time at the Mamilla hotel. Stephane at the front desk was amazing and helped us plan a glass blowing expedition for my daughter and I. He also helped arrange transportation for my son who was on crutches. He also gave us a wheelchair for my son to use so he could go to the shops and get around. Amazing stay all around.
