Beautiful weekend
Beautiful hotel. Great service. Everyone so helpful. Faris at front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. Room very nice and extremely comfortable. Bathroom/shower great. All in all top of the top. I would absolutely come back and loved it.

Mamilla Hotel - Wonderful Experience
I had a fantastic stay at the Mamilla Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service from Rachel, Mark, and Stephan. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Rachel was warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Her genuine kindness made a big difference and really added a personal touch to my visit. Mark was incredibly professional and proactive—he consistently made sure everything was running smoothly and never missed a beat when it came to assisting with any needs. And Stephan brought such great energy. He was always enthusiastic and ready to help, no matter the request. His passion for hospitality really stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered. The amenities—from the spa to the rooftop lounge—are top-notch and really elevate the whole experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, the luxurious setting, and the incredible staff, the Mamilla Hotel is a place I’d return to in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel
We loved Carlos. He was so helpful. The location is perfect and the public areas spectacular. They had a great breakfast and the staff is terrific. The room was a bit dated and small but it worked. The glass bathrooms are odd but you can adjust the glass for privacy. Water pressure is awesome. I wish we were told about the hotel and amenities on arrival. I discovered the amazing roof terrace on our last day and never found the gym. Would go again but would also explore other options. We loved Carlos.

An amazing place to stay
We had a great experience staying at Mamilla. It is conveniently located next to Mamilla mall and only a few minutes from the old city. Rooms are great. Breakfast is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Our concierge Stephane had done over and above to facilitate our stay. Highly recommended!

Great stay at the Mamilla
Wonderful stay at the Mamilla hotel. Everything was fine. To be particularly noted: outstanding service at the reception desk. Mark,Yatreb and Stephane solved all our little practical problems efficiently and with a smile François Lasry (Paris)
