Wow. My husband and I got to stay at The Raffles to celebrate our late anniversary and we were beyond impressed. From the grandiose to the littlest details, The Raffles serves high class and luxury. Shout out to Sila, our butler he was AMAZING! While the property was absolutely stunning, the staff were even more amazing! Everyone was professional, kind, and intentional! Here are some more staff members who will truly make your stay unforgettable; Sila, who we mentioned before, Adi was a staff member from the pool bar, Jocelyn was our server at the bar and grill, and Wydia and Bagus who worked at the primary restaurant. These people elevated our experience with their kindness and warm personalities. We hope to be back soon so we can experience this paradise again!

Our stay at Raffles was the highlight of our recent Bali trip in April 2025. The resort is clean, elevated has gorgeous views and instantly instills a sense of peace and serenity. The staff is amazing - big shout out to Adi and Krishna who helped us every step of the way and always had a smile on their face. the buggy service is prompt. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, homey. The little nuances make a big difference - the outdoor shower, the private pool with each villa, the pillow mist, the robes, the massages. It felt like we were living in a dream. We also hosted an intimate wedding at the resort and could NOT have asked for a better partner. Astri in client management/sales is a rockstar and made everything so easy for us, we didnt have any worries at all. The wedding was amazing, the whole team at Raffles was on point and stepped in to make sure we felt comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for giving us memories of a lifetime! our family is still talking about it in May 2025!! The service is impeccable, the food was great. I cannot WAIT to come back. Raffles has my heart.

Raffles Bali is more than just a beautiful resort — it’s a place where you feel truly cared for. The setting is stunning, private, and incredibly peaceful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Our butler, Seva, was absolutely incredible — warm, thoughtful, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. When we faced a medical emergency, they went above and beyond to make sure we received the best treatment and support. We will never forget the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed during such a stressful moment. Raffles Bali isn’t just about excellence — it’s about heart. We’re already dreaming of our return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This was the best hotel of our Bali trip. It is a place of quiet understated luxury where the service exceeds all expectations. Krishna was so gracious and kind. I had a very early call and was asked if I would like a morning beverage before the meetings. All of the staff provide a very personalized level of service anticipating your needs not just waiting for you to make requests. Breakfast is spectacular and includes the best croissants. They taste just like they came from a Parisian boulangerie. The staff also made special local dishes for us to try every morning upon learning that we have been loving all of the local cuisine during our trip. The famous cave dinner was also excellent and the environment is like nothing I have ever seen. We also did the sunset cruise which was a great experience. Chauffeured to Jimbaran beach in the elegant house car. They also provided a delicious cheese plate, hors d’oeuvres, and sweets for the trip. Then the boat dropped us off on the secluded beach in front of the hotel where Krishna was already waiting with a buggy to take us back to our room. The airport drop off service was exceptional. The car was the most luxurious car I have seen in Bali filled with amenities from the hotel including nuts, chocolates, and Jamu. They also provide a service to have someone escort you until immigration. Truly top notch. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.
