Beautiful grounds! Clean, fresh, open vibe. I love how they cut the fresh flowers from their gardens and put them in pretty vases around the common areas. Beautiful views from the infinity pool! We had a drink in the deck and it is lovely. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and very quiet. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at the spa. We arrived and were told we wouldn’t have time to use the sauna since our appointment was in 10 minutes. However, the woman got out appointment time wrong and we waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes. When I went to ask how late they were running, we were told our appointment was 30 minutes later. They never apologized or even explained. We had to leave after the appointment so we couldn’t enjoy any amenities which is part of what you pay for. I think there needs to be better staff training and consistency in messaging. Until then, it’s not worthy the prices and I recommend skilling the spa

Took my daughter for a trip instead of a baby shower. It was the perfect location. Once there only left once for dinner and we should not have. From check in to check out it was great. We had a great room, enjoyed spa treatments, the restaurant a few times, the bar (Mocktails and snacks) the coffee shop, room service and more. Was truly a relaxing trip- and i will find a time to go back with my husband. Only thing holding it back from a 5 rating is a few of the staff members (mainly spa) were not as fabulous as others and mani/pedis were like wet noddles.

Perfect for a little getaway to relax. They recently had a large renovation and the rooms are amazing, especially the showers. There are sustainable, eco- friendly touches throughout the resort as well. It unfortunately was raining during my stay, so I did not get to enjoy my balcony overlooking the green. However it led me to the adorable library off the bar, complete with cozy fireplace and a Beauty and the Beast style book ladder! The staff were incredibly friendly from valet to the lovely server at Marigold. The food is locally sourced and presented beautifully. Also, conveniently close to downtown, which is its own fun little adventure. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

We stayed at Keswick Hall to celebrate our anniversary. Pros: Staff are super friendly Beautiful resort Spa is nice Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They use 2 twins to make a king and add a think pillow top which made it really uncomfortable. For this price- I expect better mattresses. Both my husband and I got maybe 4 hrs of sleep. We checked out early morning because we couldn’t sleep. Pillows are super soft- no variety. No welcoming package, map of the resort or a quick summary of the property was provided at check-in. When I asked for a map, they handed me a postcard with a tiny picture of the resort. 1 wedding party took over the bar & lounge areas the entire weekend. It was a bit overwhelming. Spa steam room was closed No coffee machine in room- free grip coffee downstairs No mini bar with choices in snacks in the room- however, the mini frig had 2 kind bars, 1 bag of potato chips, 2 pepsi, 2 waters, 1 ginger ale. The counter - coffee shop is very limited in beverage and food selection Recommendations: Spa facial and massage - both were excellent. Golf course is beautiful- husband enjoyed it. Crawford- bar Marigold restaurant is average but ambiance is nice.

We would definitely recommend Keswick Hall to all of our friends, golfers or not. We were delighted with the suite, and we even had a lovely balcony. The hotel restaurant was lovely - both the food and service were excellent. Our experience was wonderful...
