A week away to watch Horse Racing
I hadn’t been to Hong Kong since 1999, and we didn’t have a great experience. In saying that, we were in our 20’s. Now, being in our 50’s, we saw our trip with different eyes. We weren’t sure if we were going to like our trip, but from the first moment we were greeted by the door staff, we fell in love with Hong Kong/Kowloon and the hotel. We were in the Harbour Club side Harvour View suite. It was a 2 room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets and seperate working area (lounge). The room was exceptional, very clean, and the views were amazing. The only downside is that the room could smell a bit smoky from the air con. The club was the best part of the hotel. The staff which included Janis, Buddy, Kit, Hebe and Tony were so responsive and accomodating. We, for sure, will look forward to coming back.

Shangri La es siempre un valor seguro. Situación inigualable a un precio mucho mejor que su competencia. El personal de este hotel es excepcional en cuanto a servicio pero el hotel como tal se ha quedado un poco obsoleto. Aún así vale Mucho la pena. En cuanto al personal es preferible evitar el desayuno en la planta de abajo y pagar habitación con acceso al club. Creo que los camareros de abajo son muy muy brutos. Ahí si se necesita más formacion

Love the Shangri-La on Kowloon
Our room is lovely, the breakfast, tea and cocktails are terrific and Amber Lee does a great job in making sure everything is perfect. The Shangri-La has an excellent location on the promenade overlooking Victoria y and Hong Kong Island. Thank you.

The Best Hotel Experience in Kowloon!
Shangri-La was fabulous. Srr ice, location and the suite with a Horizon Club membership was superb. Amber Lee at reception was lovely. Our suite was equioed beautifully, very spacious with truly everything we might need. A special shout out to the lovely breakfast tea and cocktails in Th Horizon Club.
