Amazing holiday at Six Senses Lamuu, resort is beautiful and really loved the attention to be as environmental friendly as possible. We joined an ocean clean up with the marine biologist and it was very educational especially for the kids. Food is delicious and staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Maftuna was our contact person at the resort and took care of all reservations and activities. She did a great job. Perfect holiday for the whole family.

We had the most incredible honeymoon staying here. My husband is a big surfer and I love to dive, this was the perfect place for us. We’ve never stayed somewhere with such one on one service but Soba was such an incredible help during our stay at six senses Laamu and truly made our experience exceptional. We never wanted to our perfect little home on the water and we can’t wait to come back someday.

I’ve lived my life traveling the world to put on concerts so I’m not easily impressed with hotels, but Six Senses Laamu was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel and location are amazing, but it was the staff that made it the best holiday we’ve ever had. It was like we became part of their family. Soba, our GEM was always there to help, especially after my accident, and Nia, as well as all the other staff made every meal and experience truly memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done with a smile. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The MOST INCREDIBLE RESORT EVER!!!! Impeccable Resort!!! Everything about this resort is "over the top" the over water villa is perfection, the glass bottom tub and glass floor in the toilet room. Wow!!! Outdoor shower room is to die for!!! Two showers on at same time. The Gems take care of your every need!! Love the SHELL and the marine biology team!!! The turtle biologist is so knowledgeable and passionate. Abby was so sweet, Summer found first sighting of baby turtles. All the interns so sweet. The highlight was seeing those rescued baby turtles!! Riq was our main GEM and Sima took over for a day...they were both fabulous!! Did we mention the food AMAZING!!! The buffet breakfast was incredible. They highlight one area like Maldivian breakfast, Indian pancakes… every day… crazy healthy juices. Oh yeah sushi, cheeses, meats in the wine bar at breakfast..yummy!! The chill bar.. Wonderful cocktails great small plates!! And did we mention simply classy gorgeous with glass floors. Having their own organic garden made the food delicious and special!! The “Leaf “incredible gourmet restaurant yummy!!! Did we mention best eco friendly place…so much attention to detail and sustainability. Last but not least the crystal clear aqua water and white sand picture perfect. Our guide Mikaela was a great guide for the sea grass and reef snorkeling experiences We saw cow tail rays, sharks beautiful fish and turtles. Six senses is a must experience of a lifetime

We had the most incredible experience at Six Senses Laamu—everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. We stayed in an oceanfront villa with a private pool, and it was simply stunning. The room was beautifully designed, the amenities were luxurious, and housekeeping was so discreet—we never saw them, yet our room was always in pristine condition. Every meal we had was delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing—so fresh, varied, and satisfying. One highlight was the Teppanyaki experience with the spectacular and fun Iko, who made it so interactive and unforgettable. Not a single false note across all the restaurants. Special shoutout to the Chill Bar staff—their cocktails were fantastic, and sipping them while watching the sunset over the water was magical. As honeymooners, we received a complimentary massage, and the spa was a true highlight. The massage "nests" set among the vegetation were breathtaking, and the therapists were incredibly skilled. We also loved the yoga sessions with Sarita—she brought such warmth and calm to every class. A huge thank you to our GEM (Guest Experience Maker), Shah. Always smiling and genuinely helpful, Shah made sure everything ran smoothly and helped arrange some very special nature-focused experiences that we’ll never forget. The only minor downside was the cost of extras. Be aware that prices are exclusive of 26% tax and service, so things like cocktails can add up quickly—two drinks at the bar can easily reach $50 USD. With no other options on the island, it's something to consider when budgeting. Still, this was hands down one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. Six Senses Laamu is a true paradise—we would go back in a heartbeat.
