We walked into a dirty room. Requested room serves to clean the room twice. The room was never cleaned and they moved our rooms to a lower room than what was purchased. We lost our fountain view. The amenities were nice and the food was great. But all in all not happy as it was our 10 year anniversary

Beautiful hotel, but very unaccomodating. As they say this establishment is all sizzle and no stake They have no where near enough restaurant accommodations for breakfast And not a single refreshment in the lobby!! Also too many rules..... Pool is only open at 9 and closes at 6, even when a sign posted showed it was to open at 8 ( see photo)

we got a fountain facing king room, which was pretty nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. For the amount of money we paid, the room was small and neither my wife or I were a fan of the gas station, quality, Kleenex, and toilet paper. Also, we totally forgot to get sunscreen and they gouge us $39 for a small spray on sunscreen. Totally ridiculous and that’s one reason we probably will never go back. Waldorf Astoria is less expensive, nicer, and free sunscreen and water at the pool.

We were very happy with our recent stay @ Bellagio Las Vegas. Nice clean room with a view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of great food choices. The casino layout and sports book/lounge were great fun. We will return there someday. 5 stars *****
