Not what I expected
I was not prepared to not have the basics in the room. There was no coffee, refrigerator (one shelf on the top of the minibar), and no microwave. Also, the shower was not what I expected. It was in desperate need of good cleaning. The staff was amazingly friendly!

Everyone is treated like a celebrity!
I felt safe whenever I was walking around alone. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly and helpful! Their service was quick and seamless! Their dedication to service is exceptional, not seen at any other 5-star hotel I've stayed at previously.

Overall, beautiful accommodations. Food, beverages, etc. are very pricey. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. My biggest complaint was the lack of gluten free options available at the conference I was attending, at the Bellagio, limited options provided over the course of 3 days.

The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that you can check yourself in and make your keys. The pool was gorgeous and the pool bar staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Horrible Check in experience
Took me 2 hours to check in, front desk staff was not nice, horrible check in experience after driving 7 hours straight to get there. Ice machine in our floor was broken, not solution for this. The only nice front desk staff member was at the very end of our stay at check out.
